Fuzzy Buddies Pet Services is run by me – Dani. I have been an animal lover ever since I was young and would often adore and care for those most important to me – my furry, scaly and feathered friends.
Having possessed a passion and a drive for working with animals for as long as I can remember, I have volunteered at a local zoo and worked temporarily at a veterinary practice. Also personally owning a broad spectrum of animals myself over the years including tarantulas, leopard geckos, African land snails, newts, dogs, cats, cockatiels, hamsters…the list goes on, all of which has given me invaluable experience in care for a wide range of animals.
I have been professionally Pet Sitting since 2010 & have branched out to other like minded animal fanatics of which I’d like to introduce you to below:
Meet the Fuzzy Buddies Team
Karen – Karen has worked with Fuzzy Buddies since 2017 & has been an incredible addition to the team. She has a soft spot for black Labradors & rabbits. She has wanted her very own dog for many years, but so far her husband has stood his ground & said no, so Karen does the next best thing in spoiling all your dogs on her walks.
Karen does Dog Walking & Pet Sitting & covers Hertfordshire – Mostly Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamstead & Redbourn.
Jonny – Jonny has also been with the Fuzzy Buddies team since 2017 when he originally came onboard part time. He has now been a full time member for the past 2 years & loves most that he gets to go on long walks though the country side with some pretty cool pups.
Jonny does Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, Pet Taxi & Sleepovers. He covers Hertfordshire – Mostly Hemel Hempstead, Harpenden, Redbourn, Berkhamstead & St. Albans.
Laura M – Laura joined the Fuzzy Buddies team in 2021 having previously been professionally dog walking for a popular online app, but wanted to branch out & make better, longer & more meaningful connections with the dogs she cared for. She has two miniature dachshunds of her own who are Social Media Influencers with a following of over 280k!! So its fair to say she takes incredible photos & is looking forward to photographing your pets too.
Laura does Dog Walking & Pet Sitting & covers Bedford – Mostly Kempston, Elstow, Box End, Biddenham, Harrowden, Wixams, Duck End, Wilstead, Cotton End, Salph End, Wixhams, Putnoe & Shortstown.
Camilla, Charlie & Amanda – Joined the team all on a part time basis to help out with Pet Home Visits & the occasional Dog Walk. They are all also gaga about animals; I mean that is prerequisite to be a Fuzzy Buddies Team member! Camilla having owned horses for many years & worked on farms with an array of animals. I don’t think there is a animal on this planet that Charlie can’t win over with her soft, calming & caring personality. And Amanda who works with police dogs & having lived on a farm has a broad knowledge of lots of animals.

Fuzzy Buddies consists of just a small team of animal enthusiasts, so you know the person you meet is and always will be the same person entering your house and caring for your pet. Meaning the person entering your home is a familiar and trustworthy face for you, and for your dog, cat, guinea pig, hamster….etc.
Fuzzy Buddies also offers a unique deal for multi pet households: the fee per visit for our pet home visit service is the same regardless of the number of animals. This is what really makes us different from other companies who charge extra for multi pet homes. We do not believe anyone should be penalised for being a crazy animal lover such a ourselves!

You want to know your pets are in capable hands: We have full Public Liability insurance, are pet emergency first aid trained and are DBS checked. If you would like to see a copy of insurance or DBS certificates please don’t hesitate to ask.
Public Liability Insurance means that we are insured to take care of the following:
- Dogs and dog walking
- Cats
- Small domestic pets including rats, mice, guinea pigs
- Horses, donkeys and domesticated farm animals
- Boarding (taking care of your pet in my house – a mini holiday of their own)
- Pet and house sitting (taking care of your pet in the comfort of your own home)
- Pet taxi, collection & delivery
- Care custody & control (limited to animals)
Cover:
– Key cover (loss of keys & replacement locks)
– Car business insured (human passengers not insured)
– Full car breakdown cover
